In 2005, CAC was selected as the .eu ADR Provider by EURid and the European Commission. Since the initiation of the first .eu ADR proceeding in March 2006, close to 1,000 proceedings have been brought before the Court, and more than 900 decisions have been issued and published. CAC administers .eu ADR proceedings under the ADR.eu brand in 21 of the 23 official EU languages (the exception being Irish and Maltese) using an innovative and unique on-line platform. A team of developers within the CAC work consistently to improve the ADR.eu platform. For example, the option of utilising advanced electronic signatures was launched in 2007.
In January 2008 ICANN, the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names & Numbers, approved the CAC to be the fourth international provider of UDRP services.
As of 6 May 2009 the Czech Arbitration Court operates as a .co.nl domain name dispute resolution provider appointed by EuroDNS S.A., the CO.NL Operator.
As of 26 February 2013 the Czech Arbitration Court operates as a .sx domain name dispute resolution provider appointed by SX Resgitry SA, the .SX registry.
