The alternative dispute resolution (ADR) for .eu domain name disputes is provided by the Prague-based Arbitration Court attached to the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic (the “Czech Arbitration Court”). The Czech Arbitration Court administers ADR Proceedings according to ADR Rules and ADR Supplemental Rules (based on the European Union legislature:  Regulation (EU) 2019/517 and Regulation (EU) 2020/857).
